Policies & Compliance
Black Tier Solutions
Black Tier Solutions is committed to maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of professional training and assessment. Our policies and procedures ensure that all learners receive fair treatment, high-quality training, and clear guidance throughout their learning journey.
The following policies outline our commitment to professionalism, compliance, and transparency.
1. Complaints Policy
Black Tier Solutions aims to provide a high standard of service to all learners. If a learner believes that the service provided has not met expected standards, they have the right to submit a complaint.
Learners are encouraged to raise concerns with their instructor or a member of the training team in the first instance so that the issue may be resolved quickly and informally.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally, a formal complaint may be submitted in writing. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly and handled in accordance with the centre’s complaints procedure. Learners will be informed of the outcome once the investigation has been completed.
2. Appeals Policy
Black Tier Solutions ensures that all assessment decisions are fair, consistent, and based on the required assessment criteria.
If a learner believes that an assessment decision is incorrect or unfair, they have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by an appropriate member of the centre's management team.
All appeals will be investigated in accordance with the centre’s internal appeals procedure, and learners will be informed of the outcome once the review process has been completed.
3. Malpractice and Maladministration Policy
Black Tier Solutions is committed to maintaining the integrity of all training and assessment activities.
Malpractice includes any action that compromises the integrity of the qualification or assessment process. Examples may include cheating during assessments, plagiarism, falsification of records, or unauthorised assistance.
Maladministration refers to any administrative failure that may negatively affect learners or the integrity of the qualification process.
All suspected cases of malpractice or maladministration will be investigated in accordance with the centre’s procedures and may be reported to the relevant awarding organisation where necessary.

Black Tier Solutions is committed to providing a fair and inclusive learning environment for all learners.
We do not discriminate on the basis of:
